Tabtonic Warranty Policy
Please review the following warranty terms and conditions carefully before making your purchase.
Coverage Duration:
Tabtonic offers a 365-day warranty from the date of purchase for all eligible products. During this period, if the item experiences a defect due to non-human causes, we will provide a replacement or repair at no additional cost. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective items and does not include compensation for damages or incidental losses.
Warranty Requirements:
To qualify for warranty service, you must meet the following conditions:

Proof of Defect: Customers are required to provide clear photo and/or video evidence of the issue.

Original Purchase Receipt: The warranty applies only to the original purchaser, who must present the defective item along with the original purchase receipt to the retailer or dealer where the item was purchased. The dealer will then coordinate directly with Tabtonic to resolve the issue.
Note: Tabtonic reserves the right to update or revise this warranty policy at any time. However, the terms in place at the time of purchase will be honored.
Warranty Limitations and Exclusions:

The 365-day warranty is valid only for the original buyer of the product.

Damage caused by improper use, abuse, or neglect is not covered.

Normal wear and tear from regular use is not included under this warranty.
