Return policy
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order and it has not yet shipped, we will process a full refund immediately.
If your order is already in transit, we will attempt to recall it by coordinating with the shipping carrier. If the recall is successful, we will issue a full refund.
Please note:
Packages shipped via USPS or delivered by freight/truck carriers cannot be recalled once dispatched. If you are unable to recall the shipment, you may refuse delivery from UPS or FedEx when the item arrives.
Returns & Exchanges
Our return and exchange policy allows you to request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must:

Be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached

Be returned in its original packaging

Include the receipt or proof of purchase

How to Return an Item

Email our customer service team with your order number and contact details, and let us know the reason for your return. If the product is damaged or defective, please include photos or videos.

Our team will send you a prepaid return shipping label (RL) and step-by-step instructions.

Print the label and return the item in its original packaging within 30 days. The return label will expire after 30 days.

Once we receive the returned package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds typically appear in your account within 7–15 business days, depending on your bank.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Refunds are credited to the original payment method used during checkout. Processing times may vary by financial institution.
Refund Amounts

100% refund for defective or damaged items.

For returns that are not related to quality issues, a 20% return shipping fee will be deducted, and 80% of the purchase price will be refunded.

Orders that haven’t shipped can be canceled for free.
